Terri's Manufactring Experience
Terri's manufacturing career of almost 20 years was in large, complex operating pulp & paper manufacturing plants, that include paper production, power generation, water treatment & timber management. She has demonstrated steady leadership, including through crisis like earthquakes, hurricanes, labor strike, boiler explosion, 9/11 economy shutdown and a pandemic to name a few/
Graduated 1985 from University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point on National Deans List as only woman in the U.S. with degree in engineering, pulp/paper, chemistry & computer science. ​She went on to serve the paper industry at positions throughout the organization: Process Engineer, Project Manger to Operations Manager to Corporate International Director. She never stopped leaving a mark on the organizations she served with her signature accomplishments of:

After a life being promoted so frequently, Terri retired from the paper industry to pursue business ownership like her parents and grandparents. She built a first-of-a-kind service company. She was featured nationally and internationally for her innovative ideas and business modeling precision.
